Effective January one, 2009
the Office of Property and Prey, and the Office of Solvency Regulation volition no longer accept any personal or commercial lines rate, rule and forms filings submitted to the Department other than through SERFF in accordance with N.J.A.C. eleven:1-2.1. Any property and prey, and purchasing group newspaper filings received afterwards December 31, 2008 will be closed and returned to the company without review.

Withdrawal of Business

A withdrawal informational filing must be submitted to the Department in order to withdraw from writing a program or line of insurance in New Jersey.  The Office of Property and Casualty on behalf of the Commissioner of the Department of Cyberbanking and Insurance is responsible for the review of such transactions pursuant to Due north.J.Southward.A. 17:17-ten and 17:33B-30 and N.J.A.C. xi:2-29.ane et seq., the statutes and regulations governing withdrawals.

New Jersey Personal Car Insurance Plan (PAIP)
